Ok theres thousands of sig tutorials out there for Photoshop. The real problem is the poor guys who don't have photoshop, and aren't even that good with computers. I once challenged myself to make a sig in 60 seconds, and I did it mostly using MSPaint. It actually looked pretty good and I thought, hey I wish I knew how to do that when all I had was MSPaint. So here it is my first sig tutorial, for the complete and utterly helpless Uber-Noob. Hope you enjoy!
For those interested, heres the original one I did that inspired me to make the tutorial.

This is for the poor lazy bandwith limited ones, but yes gimp would be a much much better alternative lol. Besides most willing to get gimp are willing to get PS.
thanks for posting the tutorial! I have heard rumors that photoshop will be made free... (yeah right, ill believe that when i see it).
Nice tutorial! I used to love paint before I got photoshop. The only I thing I hated was the lack of layers. Layers are so important. ._. Anyhow, Paint.net is another alternative and that's a TIIIINY download.
Well, Paint is always nice for pixal art :)
If the rumors were true, it would most probably be one of the outdated version of photoshop.

Quick Question? How do you open a new window in MS Paint?
You cant create new windows in paint, the only thing you can do is to save the image your working on and then open up a new blank canvas using Control - N.
