  • Familiar with histories and cultures worldwide, as well as modern culture.

Game Producer


  • Understand, refine, maintain and disseminate the product vision with Executive Producers.
  • Liaise with different departments to facilitate and drive communication.
  • Work with department leads to determine resources necessary to see projects through to completion.
  • Coordinate, track and manage the activities of personnel to ensure that project tasks are completed on time.
  • Maintain close communication with outside developers to ensure they meet contractual requirements.
  • Minimum of 3 years game development experience at the Producer level or above.

  • Credit on shipped title(s), including at least one as Producer or above.
  • Knowledge of software development process, project management and performance management.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to communicate developer and project goals in a clear, concise manner.
  • Highly organized, professional, and efficient.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese.
